Business-to-business gaming firm, B2B Gaming, has acquired Asian Live Tech, a developer of cryptocurrency software, and its affiliated company, Start Live Casino.
B2B Gaming will now possess all the assets created by Asian Live Tech and Start Live Casino, including games and platforms.
The products from both companies will be rebranded under the B2B Gaming umbrella to avoid customer confusion. The websites for Asian Live Tech and Start Live Casino will be redirected to the B2B Gaming website.
The companies declared that their offerings will continue to evolve despite the acquisition by B2B Gaming. They assured customers that they will be in capable hands and that even more products will be launched in the near future.
The majority of employees from both companies will retain their positions, but the top executives will depart after a six-month period.
Asian Live Tech and Start Live Casino have extended their heartfelt congratulations to each other, recognizing the dedication and effort that has propelled both companies to achieve global prominence.
