Betboo has secured a partnership with the International Handball Federation (IHF) to become a financial backer of the 2023 Women’s Handball World Championship.

As an official sponsor, Betboo’s brand will be featured on LED displays surrounding the competition venues.
The tournament will be jointly hosted by Sweden, Norway, and Denmark from November 29 to December 17.
A total of 32 national teams will participate. Norway triumphed in the previous championship in 2021, defeating France 29-22 in the final.

The operator has a history of sponsoring women’s sports. Last year, Betboo served as the exclusive sports betting partner of the 2022 Copa América Femenina (the women’s version of the CONMEBOL Copa América football tournament).
Betsson also backs the Brazilian Athletico Paranaense and Argentine Boca Juniors women’s football squads.
