## MicroGaming Names Fisk as Chief Executive
Stephen Fisk, previously the Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer at MicroGaming, effective immediately. This follows the departure of Andrew Krukas.
Fisk initially joined MicroGaming in October 2016 as the Director of Sports Betting. In this position, he was tasked with developing and expanding the company’s sports betting operations.
The former PokerStars COO left MicroGaming in 2018 to join Almond Investment Company as COO. However, MicroGaming emphasized that he continued to collaborate closely with their team to enhance their platform systems and services.
Due to his prior experience with the company, MicroGaming highlighted Fisk’s familiarity with their products, customers, business, and personnel, making him well-suited to lead the organization.
Before joining the casino provider, Fisk held several senior positions at various global gaming companies throughout his 24-year career.
MicroGaming stated that with Fisk’s appointment, the company is prepared to take significant strides in advancing their platform systems and services, sports betting software, and licensing and regulatory compliance.

Fisk expressed his enthusiasm for his new position.

Microgaming stated that Krukass will pursue fresh opportunities within the industry.
